PCs are divided into desktop PCs and laptops. The performance of the PC motherboard determines the height of the PC, and the power supply system of the PC directly affects the operation of the PC motherboard. We have developed low junction capacitance (Ciss) and low internal resistance (2m Ω~7m Ω) MOS for the upper and lower bridges in the power supply system of PC motherboards. With excellent switching frequency characteristics, it can meet various combinations of upper and lower bridges, greatly improve heat dissipation and stability, and meet the high load operation of PC motherboards.
